Distractions and Smoke Screen
“Whoa to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter” Isaiah 5:20
Distractions - a thing that Prevents someone’s from giving full attention to something else. Extreme agitation of the mind or emotions.
Smoke Screen- “created” to conceal.
A horrible incident took place a few months ago, the brutal death of a brother, which exposed the injustice done to our brothers and sisters. It had brought to light the heart of our nation.
Taken advantage of our feelings of love, desperation, impatience, and trust to create confusion, hate, anger, destruction, and divisions.
It is been spreading like a plague amid a plague.
C19, I believe to be hijacked so the plans of the enemy could continue on.
2020 is the year of a “clear vision”and the year of the mouth and yet we’ve been forced to wear a mask to muffled our voices. Or is to hide those that are creating “mayhem” ( violent or damaging distorted) bringing chaos in to the street to our nation. We would never know.
An entire generation has been brought up with this entitlements attitudes and ungrateful hearts. Today we sit and watch and yet God is calling his people up to rise up.
If my people (2 Chronicles 7:14) would take our rightful positions and stand guard. Go into your own spiritual arsenal and bring forth your most powerful weapon : prayer.
If we learn to stand in our moral convictions and not our feelings we would be able to see with my own eyes.
If we learn to stand together and don’t allow society to divide us. Divided we are weak, together we are strong, and together we stand; and yet here we are in the midst of the most important times in our history, which is been erased or cancelled right in front of us, the freedom we have today could be lost forever.
I had the opportunity to see with my own eyes and visit countries where they don't have the freedom we take for granted, and have been abusing it.
The same countries brought down to poverty and corruption; I don’t want that for mine.
So here I stand in prayer with a pen and paper believing for a miracle a victory that it will be hard fought, but our victory, if we don’t give up.
God himself will give us the victory not because we are better than others but because his grace and his mercy, because his love for us because we, his people have learn to humble and we have a accept the wrong and the indifference we have done. We have opened our heart for true repentance.
God will preserve us. In the midst of all, we would see our victory if we don’t give up. Continue in prayer, on all occasions with all kinds of prayers (Ephesians 6:18)
Let your request be made known to God. ( Phil 4:6)
Don’t be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. (2 King 6:16)
Exercise your spiritual muscle and don’t allow society to drag you downstream. The time is now to swim against the current and to stand firm, even if you have to stand alone.
The victory is the Lord's.
In Jesus name
Amen.
